- The guest house is located in close proximity to the main pedestrian street of the city of Sandusky, which is a prerequisite for easy access to all restaurants, cafes, shops and other commercial establishments. Just less than 15 minutes from Saint Vrach Park, we make your stay comfortable with our communicative location.
See exact location- When reserving a room for one night, no deposit is required, unless it is a holiday.
- When reserving more than one room, a deposit is required.
- When working with a deposit, "Velik" guest house requires 50% of the total amount (value) of the stay, which must be transferred within the agreed time.
- Deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled earlier than 10 days after making it.
- Additional payment of the remaining amount of the deposit is made upon check-in.
- When canceling a reservation without a deposit, due to the impossibility of arrival, please inform us of your canceled trip as soon as possible!
- Check-in starts after 14:00.
- After 18:00, check-in is by code and instructions will be sent to you.
- Rooms are vacated until 12:00
Can I check out later or check in earlier?
- Late check-out or early check-in is possible by prior arrangement and is only offered if possible by the guest house.
- If the guest wishes for late check-out or early check-in, the service is charged at 50% of the overnight stay, and the final check-out time is 6:00 p.m.
- When late check-out is not possible due to room occupancy or the guest does not wish to pay additional fees, "Velik" guest house offers its guests the service: "luggage storage". For this purpose, we have a separate luggage room where we can accept your suitcases and other belongings for safe storage until 6:00 p.m.
- "Velik" guest house does not have its own parking lot. There is a paid guarded parking at your disposal, which is located 30 meters from our location. In the parking lot, the price is BGN 10 for 24 hours.
- The second option you have is parking on the street, where there is a blue zone with working hours from 08:30. until 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday (inclusive). You have the option to send an SMS to number 13 746 (BGN 1/hour) or buy a subscription card for a whole day's stay (BGN 6). This subscription card is valid for stopping anywhere in the city.

- The consumption of food and drinks from the mini bar is paid!
- Smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes is only allowed on the adjacent balconies to each room, where you will also find ashtrays for tobacco products. The use of hookahs and similar tobacco devices is prohibited.
- The preparation of food in the rooms of the house, as well as the use and import of household and electric heating appliances, are not allowed.
- The consumption of light food is allowed.
- Each room is equipped with a mini-bar stocked with cold drinks and snacks.
- The refrigerator is intended for drinks from the mini-bar.
- Exceptions are allowed for dietary and diabetic products, as well as for small children.
- We offer baby cots. If you need a baby cot, please let us know in advance
- Pets are NOT allowed on the territory of the house.
- Rooms are cleaned every three days for longer stays.
- "Velik" guest house also offers cleaning at the request of the guest with an additional charge after an arrangement with the House Manager.
- Regular cleaning of the rooms is from 09:00 to 15:00.
